WhatsApp AI Assistant / Intelligent Broker Automation

I am looking for an experienced developer or AI automation specialist to build a WhatsApp-based AI assistant that can act as an intelligent intermediary between two or more parties.The concept is similar to having a digital broker or agent that manages conversations on my behalf.

How It Should Work

The assistant should be able to communicate with different people through WhatsApp and manage the flow of information between them.For example:

• A client sends a request to the assistant.
• The assistant understands the request and forwards the relevant details to the appropriate service provider.
• When the service provider responds, the assistant can relay the information back to the client.
• The assistant should maintain separate conversations while understanding that they are connected to the same transaction or request.
• I should be able to step in at any time, monitor the conversations, review the flow, and take over manually when necessary.

Intelligent Information and Price Handling

One important feature is the ability to automatically modify certain information before forwarding it.For example, if a service provider quotes a price, the system should be able to apply predefined rules before sending the information to the client, such as:

• Adding or subtracting a percentage.
• Applying a fixed markup or commission.
• Using different percentage rules depending on the service, customer, or provider.
• Keeping the original amount visible to me while sending the adjusted amount to the other party.

For instance:

A service provider quotes KES 10,000.
The assistant applies a 20% markup based on predefined rules and communicates the adjusted price to the client.

The key idea is that the AI should not simply copy and paste messages. It should understand the context of the conversation, know who each party is, and determine what information should be forwarded, modified, or kept private.
